Store Policy
To ensure information is transmitted securely all orders are served through a secure HTTPS connection using industry standard 128-bits SSL v2/v3 encryption. You will receive at least two emails from us. 1. Order Confirmation Email: Summary of your order (your credit card information will NOT be included in the email. 2. Order Shipped Email: Alert you of your order has been shipped along with the shipment tracking information.

Return/Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal so we do our best to assure it. We will gladly exchange any item at your request provided that you have the original receipt and the merchandise is returned to us in the condition in which it was sent. FOR AN EXCHANGE, call us at 415-986-5888 within 15 days of the original invoice for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) and we will immediately send you an exchange for any in stock item. Out of stock items will take longer. In either case, we will charge you for the new merchandise and refund your credit card upon receipt of the item to be exchanged. FOR A REFUND, YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Upon receipt of the merchandise, your account will be credited. ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND MUST BE SHIPPED INSURED.

Terms and Conditions
All returns must clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the packages. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the issue date. Please also enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within five days of receipt. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY YOU unless the product is damaged or defective. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of our invoice date, in original packaging and in resalable condition in order to receive a refund, replacement or credit to your account. Otherwise, a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed or the RMA product could be refused. No credit will be issued after 30 days. Special order items are not eligible for return under any circumstance. Vi-Gallery.com reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Availability
All items are currently stocked in our warehouse. We make every effort to have everything in stock all the time. If there is no "ORDER" button for an item it is probably out of stock. If you happen to be able to order an item that is out of stock we try to contact you as soon as possible to let you know if you need to make other arrangements. If you see something you would like that is listed as out of stock please call or e-mail for details on when it will be back in stock. You may also request that we e-mail you when the item is back in stock.

Shipping Policy
All shipment will be shipped via UPS for inside United States only. The estimate shipping charge is based on UPS standard rates that will be calculated during your final check out. Plus, we will add $2.00 handling fee for each ordered. For large order, the handling fee will be higher. We will notify you of the final handling fee before shipping, if requested.

International Shipping
We are unable to ship orders outside of the United States at this time.

Payment Methods
Online purchases may be paid for by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. You can also mail an order and pay by Check or Money Order. Orders paid by check may be held until the check clears before shipping. Telephone orders are also welcome.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is added to all California orders.

Sales taxes for California will be estimated online based only on the statewide rate and added to your order using the shipping address that you provide. If your order is shipping to an area that has an additional county or local sales tax, we will add this amount as we process your order. As required by law, all sales taxes are remitted to the appropriate local taxing authorities.

Canceling an Order
Orders placed at Vi-Gallery.com cannot be cancelled online. To cancel orders, please call 415-986-5888 or email contact@vi-gallery.com.
